Over 25 years working in fast paced high end kitchens...
It was a crazy time and everyday was different, I loved it so much but I wasn't able to keep up the pace and my love for it was starting to run out, so after a long hard think about it it was time to hang up my chef whites.
I have tried a couple of different jobs since but none gave me the joy that cooking did, so I got into baking cookies as a pass time with the kids and trying different styles, taste and textures and it has lead to the most incredible cookies you will ever taste, Phat Azz Cookies was born, our unique blend will have you wanting more and more.
